MOONSHOT OS - INTERNAL
Cash'em Bible - v0.2 - May 2026
A Moonshot Product

Cash'em - a teardown

A screen-by-screen walk through what we've built, why each piece matters, and where the engine is taking us next.

CONTENTS
Section 01 - Home

The front door.

Cash'em opens with a question - what's your card worth right now? - and a daily ritual that gets you back in the room. Live USD pricing, market pulse, and the cards everyone's watching.

Home
Home - signed-in state with populated Sealed Cards - iOS
PURPOSE

Home is a daily check-in. The first question we answer: what's the market doing, and what should I be paying attention to? Everything below the fold builds the habit - open the app, see what moved, learn something, leave with intent.

FEATURES - IN ORDER, TOP TO BOTTOM
01.01

"Hunt. Collect. Dominate."

Cash'em wordmark and tagline anchor every screen. A search bar with type-filter - the fastest path from "I have a card" to "I know what it's worth."

WHY IT MATTERS
Sub-100ms lookup against a 23,000-card local catalog. The tagline says it all - Cash'em is for serious collectors who hunt, collect, and dominate their hobby.
Header
Header - tagline - search
Sealed Cards
Sealed Cards - 3 in this binder
01.02

Your Sealed Cards.

A horizontal row of cards the user has personally Sealed - Cash'em's defining feature. Each Seal is a tamper-evident provenance record with a unique ID, owner timestamp, and public route.

WHY IT MATTERS
A Sealed Card is the difference between a Pokemon TCG app and a TCG provenance app. Real Seal IDs visible: CE-S-MEQ1-6OJZ, CE-S-KKDG-6BC2, CE-S-B327-C7WG - each card has a story Cash'em told.
SEAL ID
CE-S-XXXX-XXXX - year-stamped unique ID
OWNER STAMP
@YOU - date - permanent record
PUBLIC ROUTE
/s/:sealId - anyone verifies
IN-APP ROUTE
/seal/:sealId - full detail + actions
01.03

Daily Pick'em.

A single card, every day. Will it go up or down? Hold or Buy signals. Community Sentiment bar shows the room's vote. Streak counter builds the return habit.

WHY IT MATTERS
Pokemon TCG is hobby-emotional. "Is this card going up?" is what collectors actually ask each other. We turned it into a tap - and surface the room's wisdom in real time.
Pick'em widget
Daily Pick'em - widget + nav
Pick'em detail
Pick'em - detail with Past Rounds
01.04

Pick'em - the standalone surface.

Tap into Pick'em from anywhere and you get a full surface - today's vote, current sentiment bar, past rounds with results, and the option to create your own Pick'em on any card.

WHY IT MATTERS
"You voted UP - reveal in 30 days." That's the hook. After 30 days, you find out if you were right, your accuracy score updates, and the cycle repeats.
01.05

Cards on the Move.

Horizontal scroll of cards that moved meaningfully in the last 7 days. Lapras ex +520%. Dachsbun ex +386%. Real movement, real numbers, real signal.

WHY IT MATTERS
This is the heat map. Open it, see "Lapras ex +520%," and you're in the binder asking yourself if you have one. Active intelligence over passive browsing.
Movers
Movers - 7-day - Chase filter
Sets
Sets - Perfect Order
01.06

Browse the Sets.

Every Pokemon TCG set surfaced as horizontal scrolls of cards with prices. Mega Zygarde ex $133.40. Meowth ex $98.72. Sets / Browse by Series toggle. Physical / Pocket switcher.

WHY IT MATTERS
Most TCG apps make set browsing punishing. We made it the most beautiful thing in the app.
01.07

The bottom nav.

Five tabs - Home, Binder, Scan (blue center), Discover, Profile. Scan is intentionally most prominent. Camera is the company's center of gravity.

WHY IT MATTERS
A bottom nav is a thesis statement. Cash'em's says: scan first, browse second.
Nav
Bottom nav - 5 tabs
SECTION ROLLUP - WHAT'S NEXT FOR HOME
Home becomes the room.
v1.1 - POST-LAUNCH
Personalized Pulse
Daily Pick'em that knows your collection. News filtered by sets you own. Movers ranked by your Watchlist first.

PURPOSE

My Collection is the portfolio view of your hobby. Sealed-first because Sealed cards are Cash'em's defining asset class.

FEATURES - TOP TO BOTTOM
02.01

Three TCGs, one binder.

Top-level tabs: Pokemon TCG (live), Baseball Cards BETA, UFC Cards BETA. The same binder UI across all three because the engine generalizes.

WHY IT MATTERS
Pokemon is the wedge. The Sealed concept, R/Y/G grading, price intelligence - all of it works for any collectible card category.
POKEMON TCG
23,158 cards - 208 sets - live USD
BASEBALL BETA
Sports card category proof
UFC BETA

02.02

Nine sub-tabs, one collection.

Sealed - Slabbed - Raw - Wax - Analytics - Watchlist - Deck Ideas - Meta Report - Share. Every cut a real collector cares about.

WHY IT MATTERS
Most TCG apps stop at "list of cards." We split by storage state because that's how collectors actually think.
02.03

Three ways in.

Scan Cards - Add Manually - Import CSV - Generate Report. First card in 30 seconds. Hundredth in 30 minutes.

WHY IT MATTERS
Without an import path, you lose the serious user immediately.

Section 03 - The Camera

The engine.

Cash'em is a camera-first app pretending to be a market app. Every important moment - Sealing, Grading, Identifying - starts at the lens.

Camera
Camera - Single/Bulk/Page modes - Trainer Pass Unlimited - scanning a UFC card
PURPOSE

The camera is the moment of truth. Point it at a card, and Cash'em answers four questions in under two seconds: What is it? Is this real? What's it worth? Should I grade it?

FEATURES - THE PIPELINE
03.01

The vision pipeline.

Three layers, in priority order: Apple Vision (on-device, instant), Cloud Vision (Google, when on-device fails), GPT-4o (when first two don't recognize).

WHY IT MATTERS
80%+ of normal cards can be identified entirely on-device. Cheapest first, escalates only when needed.
LAYER 1
Apple Vision - on-device - instant - $0
LAYER 2
Google Cloud Vision - ~300ms
LAYER 3
GPT-4o - ~1s - highest reliability
DEVICE

Seal
Sealed Card - CE-S-KKDG-6BC2
03.02

The Seal flow.

Capture - Identify - Verify - Seal. A tamper-evident provenance stamp gets written to the card with a unique year-coded ID.

WHY IT MATTERS
Sealing is the action that makes Cash'em more than an app. The card is now part of a verifiable database. That's the moat moment for the user.
03.03

R/Y/G - should I grade this?

After Sealing, Cash'em gives a Red/Yellow/Green recommendation on whether to send to professional grading.

GREEN
"Grade this - don't Snorlax and sleep on it"
YELLOW
"Not a yes, not a no. If you love it, grade it"
RED
"Keep it raw"

03.05

Foil & holo verification.

The next-major-feature for the camera. Foil/holo cards have a printed pattern hard to fake but easy to verify with the right capture pipeline.

UFC card
Scanning a UFC Hyder Amil rookie - same engine, different category
PURPOSE

The platform thesis: collectibles are an unloved category at scale. We built the engine on Pokemon. Once the engine works, swapping the catalog is a quarter of work.

Section 09 - The Data Moat

Why this is special.

Cash'em isn't a card app. It's a collector intelligence platform that ships a card app as the consumer wedge.

The Data Moat
The dataset is the second product
PURPOSE

A consumer app is replicable. The dataset cannot be. Every authenticated scan, every R/Y/G outcome compounds. That's the moat.

DATA SURFACES
09.01

The scan corpus.

Every card scanned in Cash'em is captured, identified, and indexed against our 23,158-card local catalog. Every scan teaches the vision pipeline.

Scan

R/Y/G outcome feedback loop
R/Y/G outcomes
09.02

R/Y/G outcomes.

Every R/Y/G recommendation tracked against what actually happens - did the user grade? What grade? Was the recommendation right?

09.03

Pick'em sentiment.

Aggregate up/down votes become a sentiment indicator nobody else has. Bloomberg Terminal sentiment data costs $24K/year.

Cash'em Intelligence - B2B
B2B data product
09.06

The second product.

Consumer-first to build the corpus. B2B-second to monetize: grading companies, retailers, hedge funds, insurance.

WHY IT MATTERS
This is the Bloomberg pivot. The dataset is what makes us a $1B+ company instead of a $50M app.
ROLLUP - WHY THIS IS THE COMPANY
The dataset becomes the company.
v1.1
Public Methodology
Publish the methodology white paper.
v1.2
