A screen-by-screen walk through what we've built, why each piece matters, and where the engine is taking us next.
Cash'em opens with a question - what's your card worth right now? - and a daily ritual that gets you back in the room. Live USD pricing, market pulse, and the cards everyone's watching.

Home is a daily check-in. The first question we answer: what's the market doing, and what should I be paying attention to? Everything below the fold builds the habit - open the app, see what moved, learn something, leave with intent.
Cash'em wordmark and tagline anchor every screen. A search bar with type-filter - the fastest path from "I have a card" to "I know what it's worth."

A horizontal row of cards the user has personally Sealed - Cash'em's defining feature. Each Seal is a tamper-evident provenance record with a unique ID, owner timestamp, and public route.
A single card, every day. Will it go up or down? Hold or Buy signals. Community Sentiment bar shows the room's vote. Streak counter builds the return habit.

Tap into Pick'em from anywhere and you get a full surface - today's vote, current sentiment bar, past rounds with results, and the option to create your own Pick'em on any card.
Horizontal scroll of cards that moved meaningfully in the last 7 days. Lapras ex +520%. Dachsbun ex +386%. Real movement, real numbers, real signal.

Every Pokemon TCG set surfaced as horizontal scrolls of cards with prices. Mega Zygarde ex $133.40. Meowth ex $98.72. Sets / Browse by Series toggle. Physical / Pocket switcher.
Five tabs - Home, Binder, Scan (blue center), Discover, Profile. Scan is intentionally most prominent. Camera is the company's center of gravity.

Every card you own, sealed-first. Pokemon, Baseball, UFC - three TCGs in one binder.

My Collection is the portfolio view of your hobby. Sealed-first because Sealed cards are Cash'em's defining asset class.
Top-level tabs: Pokemon TCG (live), Baseball Cards BETA, UFC Cards BETA. The same binder UI across all three because the engine generalizes.

Sealed - Slabbed - Raw - Wax - Analytics - Watchlist - Deck Ideas - Meta Report - Share. Every cut a real collector cares about.
Scan Cards - Add Manually - Import CSV - Generate Report. First card in 30 seconds. Hundredth in 30 minutes.

Tap any card and an action sheet rises with full price, rarity badges, and your action options: Share, Add to Binder, Buy on TCGPlayer, Buy on eBay.
Cash'em is a camera-first app pretending to be a market app. Every important moment - Sealing, Grading, Identifying - starts at the lens.

The camera is the moment of truth. Point it at a card, and Cash'em answers four questions in under two seconds: What is it? Is this real? What's it worth? Should I grade it?
Three layers, in priority order: Apple Vision (on-device, instant), Cloud Vision (Google, when on-device fails), GPT-4o (when first two don't recognize).

Capture - Identify - Verify - Seal. A tamper-evident provenance stamp gets written to the card with a unique year-coded ID.
After Sealing, Cash'em gives a Red/Yellow/Green recommendation on whether to send to professional grading.
Every graded card wears a slab. Border and grade-number color shift by tier - gold for PRISTINE 10, silver for MINT, green for NEAR MINT, blue for LIGHTLY PLAYED.
The next-major-feature for the camera. Foil/holo cards have a printed pattern hard to fake but easy to verify with the right capture pipeline.
iPhone today. Ray-Ban Meta tomorrow. Apple Glasses 2027. The vision pipeline is built device-agnostic from day one.
Discover is where the hobby's culture lives. Top breakers ranked by EV. Featured creators. Pick'em meta. Decks.

Discover is the creator-economy layer. Pack-breaking is a billion-dollar industry. The First Edition Pokemon box shows +$15,640,018 EV vs box cost.
Live ranking of pack breaks by EV-above-cost. First Edition Pokemon box at +$15,640,018 EV over its $1.4M cost.

Breakers (live now), Pick'em (expanded), Decks (competitive deck-building meta). Three lanes for three different collector personas.
All Games - Pokemon - One Piece - Baseball. Discover knows what hobby you care about and filters accordingly.

Charter Member #001, #002, #003. The first thousand people who believed Cash'em was something. Their identity is preserved forever in the product.
The Club is founder-mode social proof. First thousand users get a number, a public directory listing, an in-app pop. That's how we turn early users into evangelists.
Every Charter member gets a number, atomically assigned. #001 was founded May 2026 - leo@cashemapp.com. Once you're #047, you're #047 forever.
A public, browsable list of every Charter Member, sorted by number. The directory is the social proof.
A SendGrid welcome email lands when each member signs up. Personalized to their number.
Charter pop has three live variants A, B, C - toggleable via ?charterVariant=A|B|C.
Profile is the home for your identity. Charter status. Friends. Leaderboard. Moments. Trainer Pass.

Profile is the identity layer. Above the menu rows is who you are. Below it is what you can do.
Avatar, handle, email, status badge - "Elite" here.

Friends - Leaderboard - Rewards - Moments - Share Profile - Settings - Trainer Pass.
Surfaced as a separate callout row below the main menu. "AI condition estimates and grade ladders." Discord row below.

Pro is what you upgrade to when Cash'em becomes your daily driver. Founder pricing for the first cohort.

The Trainer Pass is not a wall, it's a graduation. Free Cash'em is genuinely useful. Pro is for the user whose hobby has become serious.
The grandfathered founder rate. Five elite users locked at $7.99/mo for life. Charter members get this rate as default if they upgrade.
Foil & holo authenticity verification. Unlimited Sealed cards. Cross-collection analytics. AI Cert pre-grade simulator. Priority Cloud Vision.
Pokemon TCG is the wedge. The Cash'em engine generalizes to every collectible card category.

The platform thesis: collectibles are an unloved category at scale. We built the engine on Pokemon. Once the engine works, swapping the catalog is a quarter of work.
Pokemon TCG (full), Baseball BETA, UFC BETA. Three categories shipped in v1.

Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece. Magic alone has 30M+ active players globally.
NFL, NBA, Soccer, NHL. Sports cards is a $14B+ secondary market. The same engine works identically.
Sneakers (StockX-style provenance). Comics (CGC slab integration). Watches. Funko Pop. Each has a Sealed analog and a grading market.
Cash'em isn't a card app. It's a collector intelligence platform that ships a card app as the consumer wedge.
A consumer app is replicable. The dataset cannot be. Every authenticated scan, every R/Y/G outcome compounds. That's the moat.
Every card scanned in Cash'em is captured, identified, and indexed against our 23,158-card local catalog. Every scan teaches the vision pipeline.

Every R/Y/G recommendation tracked against what actually happens - did the user grade? What grade? Was the recommendation right?
Aggregate up/down votes become a sentiment indicator nobody else has. Bloomberg Terminal sentiment data costs $24K/year.

The canonical record for the pack-breaking economy. Every break tracked. Every pull recorded. Every EV calculated.
Every Sealed card has a Cash'em ID. Aggregate this and you get a graph of which cards exist in known hands.

Consumer-first to build the corpus. B2B-second to monetize: grading companies, retailers, hedge funds, insurance.
Founder POV. The why behind the choices, the cost structure, the deployment story.
React + Vite. Capacitor wrapping the web view for iOS. Tailwind for design tokens. One codebase, two surfaces.
Node + Express on Railway with auto-deploy from github.com/alexbeckman83/Cashem-App main. PostgreSQL on Neon. Drizzle ORM. Migration runner.
Supabase for auth. RevenueCat for IAP. SendGrid for transactional email.
Apple Vision (free, instant) -> Google Cloud Vision (~300ms) -> OpenAI GPT-4o (~1s). Most cards never leave the phone.
$100-300/mo at current scale. Hits unit-economics-positive at ~2% Pro conversion.
